The Lao community of Kitchener/Waterloo's second charity concert which was held on Saturday, October 22nd, 2011 that featured our American champion Khene player, Jonny Olsen, was attended by more than 300 generous concert goers from Kitchener/Waterloo and its surrounding regions. The repeated success of the event would not be possible without the following dedicated organizers, supporters and volunteers: Phouthone Sivixay, Phanmaly Anonthasene, Kouikeo Saengdala, Bounxou Sithideth, Khong Sonthisay, Sanor Phimmasone, the Heartland band, many members of Wat Lao Phommaviharam, Kitchener ladies who prepared and donated food items, and numerous volunteers who helped set-up and clear the venue.
