Project 11: The Phoxaykhoun Secondary School construction has started!

The much-anticipated construction of a brand-new 7-classroom Phoxaykhoun Secondary School complex has officially kicked off this previous weekend. Despite a few minor setbacks, we are thrilled to announce that the wait is finally over and progress is in motion!
